60-Day Promise Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee

The promise

Every Red Horse order is backed by a 60-day satisfaction promise from the original purchase date. Take 1 gummy a day, give the routine a consistent run and decide with confidence.

How to start a request

• Find your order confirmation email and keep your order number handy.
• Contact the support team through the brand’s contact page within the 60-day window.
• Follow the steps they provide to complete your request.

Helpful tips

• Keep your order confirmation and shipping updates in one place.
• Start your routine as soon as your first bottle arrives so you have the full window to decide.
• The 2-bottle pack covers 60 days, which lines up with the promise window.
